Is viscosity of my fluid going to cause any issues with a Seametrics meter?

Typically, as long as there is enough pressure in the line to push the fluid through the line, your Seametrics flow meter should function. For mechanical meters, if the fluid’s viscosity is substantially different from the viscosity of water (0.894 cP) you will need to field calibrate your Seametrics meter. For electromagnetic flow meters, the accuracy of the meter will not be affected by the viscosity of the fluid.
