| A. | An FT415 has a battery for self-contained operation. The FT420 needs external power. |

| A. | No, the "micro-power" option must be specified on the flow sensor. This means that the flow sensor or flow meter is equipped with a special pickup which draws a the least amount of current possible. Otherwise, the battery would run down in a matter of days. |
